We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Cassels Wear is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exchange items will be shipped once we receive the original item and confirm its eligibility.
